What is a Singleton Vintage Cube?
Cube
A cube is a collection of cards, used to play limited magic formats (draft and sealed). Traditional cubes have at least 360 cards, so that eight players can draft from three 15-card packs each. The cube provides a self-contained, repeatable play experience. Players don't need to buy sealed booster packs, and the cube owner can customize the set of cards however they choose.
Singleton
A singleton format simply means that the card collection has no more than one copy of any specific card. Basic lands are excepted (for cube they can be added to the deck after drafting).
Vintage
Vintage is a constructed format, but in the context of cube it means that cards only legal in that format will appear in the cube. Most famously, vintage cubes usually feature the "power nine" (Ancestral Recall, Black Lotus, Time Spiral, Time Walk, and five moxes). The other cards in vintage cubes often try to support an especially high-powered format. Mana acceleration, abundant card draw, and game-ending combos are common.
